Open Cubic Player is a music player which can play a wide variety of music formats.

Currently it can play so called modules (MOD, XM, S3M, IT), MIDI, MP1-3, SID tunes, and CD audio. It supports many soundcards (SB, GUS, EWS, WSS, PAS, and many more).

It features many different display modes for "looking" (text and graphics) at the music.

Latest Version Released: 0.1.18 (January 1st, 2009).

What's New in This Release:

· The dependency on libid3tag was removed.
· Keyboard updates were made.
· An ALSA PulseAudio bug was worked around.
· The configure script now supports cross-compiling.
· X11 text driver now supports resizing.
· Various crash fixes were made.
